Located in a relatively quiet area compared to other Premier Inns I've stayed at, it offers a peaceful atmosphere. the spacious beer garden is a lovely place to relax and socialize. It is conveniently located near Tonbridge town centre, making it easy to explore the local attractions.

A bathroom is equipped with a shower. We liked the fact that we chose Premier Inn Tonbridge. We visited Tudeley Woods that was next to the hotel. Plenty of food to satisfy everyone.

Nothing it was perfect.

This hotel is great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location in a relatively quiet area, away from the main road, ensures a peaceful stay. The staff are friendly and the service is excellent. The rooms are clean and equipped with a very comfy bed, perfect for a good night's sleep.

All was fine.

The room was clean and location was quiet (birdsong in the morning was nice). Receptionist was friendly and helpful on arrival. Local pub was reasonably priced and offered good choice.

Night receptionist was brusque and had to be told our names three times before we got our key. Room smelt musty. We opened the window to let fresh air in.

On arrival we were greated by Adele who was on reception. Adele was a lovely person who wanted our stay to be as perfect as she could make it, Adele was very warm and friendly. Would recomend the hotel highly. The breakfast at Vauxhall was excellent as was the service.

Warm and friendly staff, clean and spacious room with comfortable bedding. Great location near public transportation and ample parking. the on-site restaurant offered tasty food and efficient service.

The breakfast options were limited, and there was no hot buffet available. the croissants were stale, and the free WiFi signal was weak.

Smoking and non smoking rooms positioned next to each other meant we could smell cigarette smoke on occasions.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with useful information about local attractions and replenishing amenities. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast provided was great. We also appreciated the location of the hotel in a relatively quiet area compared to other Premier Inns we've stayed at. Additionally, the hotel had clean facilities and a spacious beer garden.

It was very warm and comfortable and the staff were friendly and polite.

great location for us as we were attending a wedding and it was central for all our needs. the staff were fantastic and really helpful

the only bad thing was the bed being to hard, the size of bed was great just to hard

Comfortable and spacious room with all necessary equipment. Adjacent inn/pub provides reasonable food and watering facilities.- Convenient location for meeting with family and exploring the city.

Entrance to the hotel and adjacent gardens and paths in need of attention, giving a scruffy appearance. Difficulty with carrying baby gear up to the second floor, despite requesting a ground floor room.

Check in was excellent. No fuss. Polite and personable receptionist

I was a solo traveller in a twin bedded room but I still had to pay the full room rate. Neither was there any concession for Senior Citizens

Huge comfy bed, coffee making facilities in room. Much as expected of a Premier Inn

There is no Bar or Restaurant facility in the Hotel, These are provided by the adjacent Pub Restaurant. Unfortunately this was closed for the weekend so there was no meal facility at all and no promised "all you can eat breakfast". I had specifically decided to stay here and pay a bit more than I usually would for this. Also the description suggested it was a short walk from the station, took me 20 mins and I didn't have much luggage.
